EXCHANGE

You have 14 days to make an exchange from the day you receive the package with your order.

We exchange products in the same or higher amount - in which case you will have to pay the difference to the bank account indicated in the email confirming the exchange.

Exchange is only possible if we have the required item in stock after we accept and unpack your returned item. Otherwise, we will refund the money for the returned item to your bank account.

Download and fill in the exchange form (here), then send us a photo / scan to our

e-mail: sklep@onfleek.com.pl, and pack the original item in a  parcel  with our return address.

Shipment of replacement items will be made within 5 days of receiving your returned products.

RETURN

You have 14 days to make a return from the date of receiving your delivery. The product should be returned complete and intact, without signs of use. Items should contain all elements including: tags and seals, as well as confirmation of purchase - receipt / invoice, on the basis of which it will be possible to return the purchased goods.

The consumer returns the items that are the subject of the contract from which he withdrew at his own expense.

Download and fill in the return form (here), then send us a photo / scan to our e-mail: sklep@onfleek.com.pl, and pack the original item in a  parcel  with our return address.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. Return shipping cost is fully covered by the customer.

COMPLAINT

First, please submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: sklep@onfleek.com.pl. In the content of the message, please provide the order number, describe the defect and send photos.

Then complete the complaint form (here), which will include the order number, name and surname of the ordering party, and a detailed description of the defect / damage.

Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the package. We reply the decisions to the e-mail address provided in the form. If you want more information, please write to us on the following email address: sklep@onfleek.com.pl.
